Keep your routine simple before your appointment—arrive with a clean face and avoid heavy makeup, exfoliation, or harsh skincare products for at least 24 hours. If you’re using retinol or other active treatments, pause them a few days beforehand to prevent sensitivity. Most importantly, come relaxed and ready to enjoy your treatment—your Esthetician will take care of the rest.

For the first 24–48 hours, it’s best to avoid sun exposure, heavy workouts, hot showers or saunas, and strong skincare products like retinol or exfoliants. These can irritate freshly treated skin. Stick to gentle, hydrating products, apply sunscreen daily, and let your skin fully absorb the benefits of your facial.

For best results, schedule your facial about 5–7 days before your event. This gives your skin time to fully recover, calm, and reveal its natural glow. If you’re trying a new facial or advanced treatment for the first time, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to allow your skin to adjust and ensure you look your best.
