    • Credits roll over monthly and may be used toward any service or product

    • Minimum 12-month term; auto-renews monthly afterward

    • Cancel anytime after 12 months (re-enrollment available after one year)

    • NAD+ injections not included in complimentary offers

    • Complimentary products or treatments must be paired with another appointment

    • Membership pricing cannot be combined with other sales or promotions

    • Past-due accounts over 30 days will be canceled; credits remain usable
